Details:
Went out of the office at around 12:40 p.m. and beheld a strong halo display around the Sun. The inner portion was dark and the 22-degree ring was brightly colored. What was nice was that aside from the 22-degree halo, there was also a fainter, but still colorful arc below it, at 46-degrees. It was an infralateral arc superposed on a fragment of a rare 46-degree halo (seen in the picture on the lower left, where you see the arc separating into two).
