Details:
Walking across the University of Kentucky campus to go to lunch, I realized there was a halo around the sun in the thin cirrus clouds... Gazing up toward it, I realized it was DOUBLE. Neat and beautiful view.

Its an unusual bright display of the 22degs ring/circumscribed halo (lower section, in the top of the picture) together with the 46degs infralateral arc/circumhorizontal arc. A typical high sun display.
