Details:
I just got home from work and happened to look up. I noticed a bright object in the area near Jupiter, but it wasn't Jupiter. So I went inside to grab a pair of binoculars to get a closer look. The closer look revealed the object to be a weather balloon. I grabbed my portable scope and snapped a couple of pictures. Time was 8:00 PM EST.
