Details:
Composite image of the solar corona from Longyearbyen, Svalbard, Norway. The exposures were taken by Allen Hwang with a Tamron 150-600 lens at 500 mm and f/8 with a Nikon D4. Exposures ranged from 1/2500 to 1/6 second. I processed the exposures in Photomatix Pro and Photoshop to create this image.
