It's the second day of spring and -15C (or 5F) here today! The sun looks hot with several filaments (including a, in reality, backwards question mark) but it sure isn't warming up my town!
Solarmax 60II f/6.6, Canon XTi ISO 800, surface 1/800 sec. prominences 1/250 sec. East and West are reversed.
The surface and prominence shots are 5 layer stacks. Treated with Lynkeos' Lucy-Richardson algorithm and Photoshop for stacking, montage and colour.
