Details:
Doing the light writing shuffle while auroras dance over the Knik River Valley in Southcentral Alaska. When light writing, the trick is to face the camera and write backward and from right-to-left. I’ve discovered that I can write cursive in reverse with a pinch light on the invisible nighttime chalkboard better than I can write it normally with a pencil on a piece of paper. No friction, I guess. 25s, f3.2, ISO 1000, Nikon D800e, Nikkor 17-35mm/f2.8
