Details:
I am on a stopover at a hotel near Oslo airport, on my way to Svalbard for the solar eclipse. When I saw the forecast for very strong geomagnetic activity, I looked outside and here she was, the Aurora! I hadn't seen her since I left Lapland at the end of January, and I was of course very happy. The display was everywhere in the sky, including this corona right above my head! I just regret that I was not motorised, which prevented me from escaping the strong light pollution of Oslo and it airport. Nevertheless, this still counts as one of the most beautiful displays that I have seen!
