Comet C/2014 Q2 (Lovejoy) imaged on January 23, 2015 from my backyard, at that time showed a long tail of more than 9 deg longitude. At top right is the reflection nebula NGC 1333.
Canon lens @ 96mm. f/5,6 + Canon EOS-100D camera (6x300 sec. @ ISO 400)
