One more view of comet Lovejoy, and perhaps my last with the naked eye. It was very difficult to spot the comet despite some rather good skies. The tail of the comet got dimmer, while the coma is somehow smaller compared to just a few night ago. These might be the last days to catch the comet's tail in telescopes, and easy enough in photographs. The above images were acquired using a 65mm F/6.5 APO Refractor and Canon 550D at ISO3200. 12 frames each a 4 minute exposure were stacked. I've also placed for comparison two no-stars versions, to better see the comet tail.
