Details:
The long filament begins to make its exit. There is some activity around AR2282 and several smaller filament and dark patches on the surface. There is a faint, explosive prominence off the eastern limb (though my picture is not so good as the sky was not very clear).
Solarmax 60II f/6.6, Canon XTi ISO 800, surface 1/800 sec. prominences 1/250 sec. East and West are reversed.
The surface and prominence shots are 5 layer stacks. Treated with Lynkeos' Lucy-Richardson algorithm and Photoshop for stacking, montage and colour.
