Details:
We have been watching the huge filament so closely for some solar activity, but new sunspot group AR2282 this morning has exploded onto the scene…it was extremely bright on the surface of the Sun at 9.30am (AEST) My images were taken with a 80mm Lunt Solar Telescope and a Canon 700D with a 2x barlow lens. Both images were a stack of 30 images they were stacked in Registack6 and lightly processed in PS CS4.
