Details:
The northern lights just barely reached the northern horizon in southern Maine (43 degrees north)last night. Some displays are overwhelmingly bright and colorful; other displays are subtle and just visible to the naked eye. Last night it was the latter over Sebago Lake. Am I glad it reached this far south? Yes.
