Comet Lovejoy (c/2014 Q2): Recent Recap
Taken by Jan Curtis on January 26, 2015 @ Left most image is from this evening (26 Jan) during break from high cloudiness. Moonlight interference more moderate tonight as expected. This series from left to right cover clear skies between Jan 26 to Jan 22, 2015. I attempted to provide minimal post-processing, calibrating histogram with the same RBG balance and L (approximately). As the moonlight increased, I decreased the ISO and lengthened the subs.

Thank you for this fine photo documentation of the Comet Lovejoy tail changing. However your text was chopped at the top title, instead of being written down in the message body frame. Also, your location is missing from the top, although Ive seen your posts before, I believe that I know you are in New Mexico if my memory serves me.

Can you rewrite your message info here in the comments, as I see that your text above in the title at least mentions the left most image as being from the 26th last night, so can we assume that the progression is from right to left? That would be the older images to the right? But you dont have the dates for those as the message cut off in the titles; (As your message in the title cuts off as incomplete after that.)

Thanks or any clarification,
