Details:
Together with my wife (Eliza) I was imaging comet Lovejoy near the open star cluster M45. I was using an 8" Newtonian, while she used a Canon 100 mm lens. Despite the larger scope, the more interesting view was with the smaller lens. Acquisition was done by my wife, while the processing was done by myself, so this image is a joint project. A Canon 550D at ISO1600 and Canon 100 mm Macro lens were the equipment. 23 frames, each a 3 minute exposure.
