Comet C/2014 Q2 (Lovejoy) on January 10, 2015 into a field of 8x6 degrees, this image shows a tail composed by several jets and extends as far as 5 degrees long. The coma with 40' diameter seems has taken a bluish tone against the green color that it had until now. Do you have some sort of equatorial mount? You must if youre taking 240 second exposures. Very encouraging! Ive got a Canon 550D with the same basic lens. Thanks for the inspiration!
