Details:
We had stopped and rested during a snowstorm in Indiana on way to Detroit on Friday 1/9/15 As we were driving, my Mom said look at the Sun. I was amazed at how bright the pillar was and pulled over to take these shots with my cell phone. Outside temp was about 8-9F and it was windy with some blowing snow in the sky. First one that my 76 year old Mom had ever seen and she was talking about it two days later.
