I haven't seen the sun for a week so today it finally showed up for a few hours and gave a pretty nice show. There are a few dark filaments, some large spots and prominences.

Solarmax 60II f/6.6, Canon XTi ISO 800, surface 1/800 sec. prominences 1/250 sec. East and West are reversed.

The surface and prominence shots are 5 layer stacks. Treated with Lynkeos' Lucy-Richardson algorithm and Photoshop for stacking, montage and colour.
