(Corrected for size..oooops) After a looong wait at mid latitudes we had a storm that just touched a G3. The moon washed a lot of the diffuse Auroras out and this was not as intense down here as I have seen other G2-3 storming with near full moon. But nevertheless it did substorm and the reds became brighter than the greens perhaps because the green to the eye was matching the already blue-green background that the moon creates. I could not really enjoy the show except from my car. The winds were gusting to ~30mph with a temperature of -5. Brief timelapse: (Which I used Little Processing - and more realistic to eye ) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jfepq8txOoU
