Details:
Caught this aurora whilst out on a very well timed night shift break. The aurora was very bright and active for around half an hour, overcoming the nearly full moon an local light pollution. What a treat for my first aurora of 2015. Photos taken at 0124 and 0138 UTC, with a Canon 6d, Sigma 24mm lens, f2.8, ISO1600, 6 second exposures.
