Solar Activity in h-alpha
Taken by Mike Taormina on November 23, 2014 @ It was near 60 degrees F here in Upstate NY and the skies were clear - a far cry from the cold and snow in Western NY state, and the sun was alive with activity. As I was viewing and imaging the sun, a flare popped up as one of my images shows.
