Details:
A Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ72 bridge camera, fitted with a Baader solar filter, was used to image the Sun. The camera was mounted on a Merlin AZ, auto-tracking mount and set to ISO 100, 1/1000s exposure and f/5.9 at maximum zoom (60x) (Equivalent to 35mm focal length of 1200mm). 51 images were stacked in Registax 5. Through eclipse viewers, the sunspot group is still, just 'naked eye' visible.
