Details:
Here are a few images of the Aurora caused by Co-rotating Interaction Regions this weekend. This morning was -10 C with a 40 km wind from the north! Brrrrrrrrrr! Pretty sure I have wind burns on my face. This event was a very placid one. The shapes in the sky were very slow moving and and just seemed to hang there for very long periods. Then every once in a while things would spark up and it would get active then it would just mellow out. These were taken 140 km north of Edmonton, Alberta.
