Details:
After several attempts to identify comet C/2013 A1 next to Mars on the 19th. Oct. 2014, without success, I decided to keep one image of 30 sec. I calculated where the position of the comet was meant to be, but was not 100% sure. An astronomer friend of mine, Mr. Stephen Brincat of Flarestar observatory, Malta, kindly took the trouble to confirm the position which corresponded with my calculations. The comet has been slightly stretched to bring it out in this image. The Comet was only 1.89 arc mins. from Mars in this image.
