Here is an image from the best AVI recorded today. The seeing this morning had improved over the previous days, allowing me to fit the Tak x1.6 Extender to the Mewlon 180 F12, giving an efl of 3456mm.
I eyeballed the “seeing” on screen and paused/re-started the recording in an attempt to harvest those moments of better seeing, where the solar granules would “pop” into focus on the Notebook screen.
This best AVI (300 frames from 3000) was processed in AS!2 (align & stack); Wavelets in Registax5 with finishing in CS6.
