Giant Sunspot AR2192 as seen through a Cak filter. Using the ruler by Guy Buhry we can estimate an extension of the sunspot core complex of 200000 km and a total extension of the active region of 400000 km, or more than 31 times the Earth's diameter. Photo details: Solarmax70 CaK solar telescope centered at 393.4 nm (K1R of the line profile for quiet chromosphere), equipped with a Lu130M CCD camera. 14:30 UT.
