Details:
AR12192 is slowing moving across the solar disc placing the Earth in it's direct line of fire. Visually, looking at this monster active region, one can see small hotspots producing tiny spikes of scintillating light emanating from it. Maybe AR12192 is slowing building up for an X-flare? Details: Zeiss 63/840 scope fitted with a Coronado SM40 Etalon + BF30 blocking filter for the Ha images and for the white light image a 40mm aperture ND3.8 filter was used.
