P. S. I see a bug. If I try to submit a file larger than 1 MB, it gives the error that I cant send it through the website. So I make a small jpeg version of the file and submit it. On the confirmation screen, I see that the where were you text is replaced by the details text. For example, on mine, it said that the location is The clouds only cleared for a few minutes during totality. I was lucky to see the eclipse. I have to go back and fix it manually before uploading. Its not a big deal, but is this a known bug?
