Driving past a lookout point close to my hometown of Gjøvik, Norway last summer I saw the sky lit up in this strange fashion. I didn't have any idea what it was at the time, but I have learned later that it must have been noctilucent clouds. I just thought the view was magnificent :) This Picture was taken 12:27 AM on August 5, 2013

Agreed. The contrast between sky, sea and city lights at dusk is beautiful, even if/because(?) they were captured in the moment.
