Details:
After a series of intense X-class flares, the Sun is still generating wonderful prominence on the limb. That shot was taken by me on September 19,2014 and show just the most interesting and active area of the Sun: wilde details of 3-D filaments on the disk and weird shapes of prominence on the limb. I used a NEQ6 mount, a Lunt 60 H-alpha scope, a PGR mono camera and a X2.5 Tele-Vue barlow.
