Details:
On Sunday night I made use of the light of the bright super moon to capture the famous tourist spot of Bow Falls in Banff, Alberta by moonlight. The lunar light also created a moonbow in the mist. This image is a composite, with the ground coming from one exposure, one that included some visitors admiring the Falls by moonlight, combined with a stack of many exposures for the sky to create the star trails. The sky is blue from moonlight. Shooting landscapes by moonlight, especially full super-moonlight, can produce some wonderful nightscapes.
