Details:
1825Z 11AUG14, current state of perseids as seen on radio. Receiving 25MHz WWV, on 24.999 MHz USB. Gives a 1KHz carrier. I am 400+ miles from WWV, so minimal f layer propagation.(Some ionospheric scatter, but no solid propagation path). Meteors/ionization trails provide the "good" path, as seen by the frequency shift (doppler) imparted by the meteor and the ionization trail relative to the transmitter (WWV). I Apologize in advance if this is not the kind of meteor pictures you desire,or not enough detail. In the daylight hours or on cloudy nights, it's pretty cool!
