Tractor Noctilucent Clouds During the summer months as some of you are aware us night sky photographers love photography noctilucent clouds, and we all know that usually after a beautiful sunset they will be glowing in the sky from around 1am. After being woken by a text message around 11PM tonight, I tried to get back to sleep but just couldn't so I got backup, stuck the camera batteries on charge and decided that I was going to head out for some photos if the noctilucent clouds made appearance. Trying to think of somewhere close to home is always a nightmare, then I remembered that there was a digger down the road in a field. I parked up and headed into the field to find it, but I came across this tractor instead. I knew this was going to be my foreground when capturing the NLC's. The inside of the cab is lit up using some led rope lights I have. D7000, 35mm, f/2.8 ISO200, 4 stitched images.
