Not Sure about these as NLC BUT... on May 18 and 19th 2014 there was a Walk For Life event at the Sacramento Waldorf School in Sacramento Ca. At a Walk For Life, someone from your 'team' must be on the track at all times and my wife had the sunrise shift. I didnt know about these pictures or that hse had seen these until she was showing me other pictures and quickly passed over these and then I grilled her... these were in the east about an hour before the sun rose and they were so interesting and different that she took a picture of them then never said anything to me about them
