Details:
We were dodging clouds in the Denmark Strait just off the coast of Greenland in the National Geographic Endurance Expedition Ship. Managed to capture totality through gaps in the clouds. Also captured an unusual phenomenon... See Image 3 . At 3rd contact, there were interesting striations parallel to the diamond ring. I am wondering if I possibly imaged shadow bands on the thin clouds that were passing.
