Details:
An amazing imaging experience this morning, Comet Panstarrs R3 rose in the east sporting a thin but long 12 degrees of tail. This shot here, which is 28 minutes in length was with the Zeiss Milvus 135mm f/2 lens and ASI2600MM Pro camera. the lens and camera were mounted on a new tilting device I designed and 3D printed to allow the edge of the frame to align with the horizon. (see photo)
The next week should be interesting, if the clouds allow it. After about the 22nd, it will disappear below the horizon and never be seen again by the northern hemisphere.
