Details:
I drove few hours last night to the south edge of New Zealand to see the aurora from furtherest south. We had a huge display that started from dawn and never stopped until the sun came back. It went overhead and covered the entire sky. The aurora kept pulsing and covered the entire sky, making it an exciting night being with the dancing light.
It was definitely worth the travel.
