It was a dim comet. I wasn't sure if it would photograph well but I was pleasantly surprised. It took several night's worth of attempts due to cloud cover.
Details: Pentax K-70, 420mm (300mm lens with 1.4x teleconverter), 30 sec @ ISO 800
