3I/ATLAS 2025-09-09 18.40 UT (12"/3.6 Asi 6200 2x2 bin).
This new LRGB image L-12x120sec and 12x180 for RGB clearly shows the blue-green gas coma. However, it is still very faint at present, with the comet's overall brightness at magnitude 14. Visual sightings of this coma could still be possible in September from the southern hemisphere. Gerald Rhemann, Michael Jäger
