Details:
Clear skies remained over New York, but the comet was not cooperating, as it dimmed to magnitude 4.3. The comet continued to rise in constellation Ophiuchus. The first two photos place the comet to the right above the aircraft lights. The third photo shows the comet’s position in Ophiuchus, and the star Marfik well below. Details: Canon 90D EOS camera, Canon 100-400mm lens set at 100mm, f=4.5, ISO 800, 4.0sec. exposure, Gitzo tripod, remote shutter release.
