Details:
Managed to see it from my 8th floor apartment window with 7x50 binoculars. There was light smoke and cirrrus clouds about, plus being in a light polluted city ! I could just see the bright head and with adverted vision the tail. I took a photo with my Canon xsi and lens set to 270mm, with 8 second exposure at 1600 ISO mounted on tripod sitting on the open window sill!
