Details:
The first evening that the comet was reasonably to well visible from the Netherlands. It took a while before he was noticed after sunset. But once spotted, it is impossible to miss. This photo was taken from a somewhat higher spot near the village of Vasse in the east of the Netherlands. It is a single shot of 15 seconds on 35mm with a modified Canon EOS 60d. I edited the colors to what they actually were. In the foreground is a friend of mine. Amazed by this beautiful appearance!
