What is the beam of light coming from the nucleus of Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS directed towards the peaks of Red Rock State Park? Your guess is as good as mine.
The image was taken just outside Las Vegas, Nevada on October 13, 2023. It was taken with a Nikon D850 and 24-70mm f/2.8 @ 45mm.
