C/2023 A3 Tsuchinshan-ATLAS in daytime sky at 10:13am MST. 2024 October 4 at 5:13 UT, 10" f/3.9, ZWO ASI183MM, Elevation 5500, Payson. was very close to the Sun!!! A bit of tail was seen here. I moved the telescope to be certain it was not a defect. Yes, it was the comet. I also used a red filter to help cut haze and darken the blue sky a bit. The comet was fleetingly visible in the raw frames when imaging, and later after stacking was plain as day. Here are two side by side shots, with the scope moved a bit between and you can see the comet move accordingly. I suspect a bit of tail can be seen here.
