Details:
The latest CME to hit us came through in spades this evening. Even though the skies were hazy and even overcast at times the aurora reddened the sky and I was out taking images when the clouds thinned enough to get a variety of colours and the ISS showed up. What a show just south of Peterborough, Ontario, Canada! I was using a tripod mounted Canon EOS 60D and Bower 8mm prime lense at ISO 800 and 10 second exposures
