Comet C/2023 P1 (Nishimura) on the evening of 2023 Sept 20 UT was magnitude 2.9 with a tail at PA 86 degrees from the comet coma. Atmospheric extinction is now taking a toll on the quality of the images as the comet now starts to get dimmer. Click on the images and animation to get a much better resolution.
