Details:
After being clouded out last evening when the comet reached perihelion in its orbit the skies were clear this evening. Only color and green filter images were collected due to the bright evening twilight sky at an altitude of 2 degrees. The comet was magnitude 2.3 with a tail flowing away from the comet at a position angle of 68 degrees.
