Details:
A huge filament was visible on the sun's disc center last 31th July 2023. At first sight and according to the size, it seems to fit in a quarter of the solar diameter, which will probably indicates a size of around 370,000 km or 29x the size of our planet Earth. So I've setup the LuntLS100 with a Player One Saturn-M SQR camera which is the perfect combination for this type of full disc images. The photo was captured from Dark Sky® Alqueva territory, in Portugal.
