Details:
Doppler data from the M-class flare event that took place around 19:18 UTC. It altered the 10 MHz carrier frequency of station WWV a total of 6 Hz, or about +/- 3 Hz. There was also a corresponding reduction in received signal strength, as noted by the dip in the blue chart trace.
