Details:
There was a triple M-class solar flare event beginning around 14:30 UTC. The strongest flare, #3, reported to be a M5-class flare. All three flares caused brief signal enhancements on the VLF radio band, with varying effects on Doppler shift to WWV's 10 Mhz carrier frequency, with the #3 flare event causing a > +/- 4 Hz shift on WWV's 10 MHz carrier.
