Details:
On Tuesday morning, July 4th, we had a great display of NLCs over Bucharest at 44.43N latitude. I believe this is the lowest latitude on record for NLCs this season. I was able to detect the clouds around 4:05 local time with my camera, and over the next 10-15 minutes the clouds became visible to the naked eye. Even if everyone says that this season is a weak one, for me, from Romania, it is just a normal one, because the first NLCs appear at this time of the year from my location. Maybe the clouds are intensifying.
